JOINT FUNDING/ DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE

In our efforts to strengthen the Network and expand services to the API communities, the TA provider assisted in convening the Fund Development Committee to address the Network’s funding status. The TA provider assisted in identifying new funding resources. Several projects are focused on communities: Healthy Families and the Fish Contamination Project. Additional assistance was provided in the development of grants to the Private Industry Council and the San Francisco Children and Families Commission. As part of the Fund Development Committee, the Network also participated in a survey to identify funding priorities.

The APIFRN Collaborative Steering Committee is comprised of APIFRN staff, the lead agency, sub-committee chairs, and the five CCPs (Cluster Coordinating Partners) and representatives, as needed, from the Specialty Partners.
