We receive our support from...
APA has a long history of receiving government grants. Approximately 80% of our funding came from Department of Human Services, Department of Children, Youth & Their Families, Department of Public Health, San Francisco First 5 Commission and Department on the Status of Women. Audits are carried out annually by a CPA firm. The last audit was for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2005. According to the audit, APA is in stable financial situation and our fiscal management is in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles. APA is a private,non-profit organization with 501(C) (3) status. Donations and in-kind donations are appreciated and welcomed.
